Present: Commissioners Keith Korbein, Tamaya Loewe, Gervase Thompson, Mick McCormick; Zoning Administrator Dick Martin, and Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Michaele Korbein

Absent:  Commission Chair Shannon Armel

Guests:  Chris Renner and Pat Pavloski for Pavloski Development, Resident Chris Leopold, Resident Mark Loewe

The Planning Commission public hearing was opened by Commissioner Keith Korbein at the Germantown Town Hall at 5:30pm to hear public comments regarding revisions to final Planned Unit Development for Sand Point Lake in the Town of Germantown, Juneau County, WI.

Upon hearing no public comment, Keith Korbein closed the public hearing at 5:32pm.
