Present:             Commission Chair Shannon Vogele, Commissioners Keith Korbein, Ken Jax, Zoning Administrator                                   Dick Martin, Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Michaele Korbein

 Absent:             Commissioners Dave Specht, Paul Szymaszek,

Guests:               Brad Pavloski, Pat Pavloski, Chris Renner

 

 

Call to Order 

The meeting was called to order at the town hall at 5:30 p.m.

 

Pledge

 

Possible approval of meeting minutes 

A motion was made by Ken Jax, seconded by Keith Korbein, to approve the minutes from the April 10, 2019 meeting. Motion carried 3-0.

 

Status Update from Pavloski Development on PUDs 

A listing from Pavloski Development was provided and reviewed, as attached.

 

Possible approval of Preliminary and final plats for the Sixth Addition to Island Lake at Copper Point 

This will have twenty lots and six outlots. The Pavloski’s are looking at 3 additions per phase for future in this. Ken Jax made a motion, seconded by Keith Korbein, to approve the preliminary and final plats for the Sixth Addition to Island Lake at Copper Point for recommendation to the Town Board. Motion carried 3-0.

 

Discussion and possible approval of draft scope of work for zoning ordinance revision 

A motion was made by Keith Korbein, seconded by Ken Jax, to approve the draft scope of work for zoning ordinance revision, and to turn it into a final to send to the Town Board. Motion carried 3-0.

A motion was made by Keith Korbein, seconded by Ken Jax, to adjourn at 6:07 p.m. Motion carried 3-0.
