Present:                Roger Bean, George Vukich, Jim Collis, Dale Simonson, Jan Brendle, Shannon Voegle, Bill Bruce, Keith Korbein, Susan Ganther 

Absent:                 Skip Barton

Meeting was called to order in the Town of Germantown at 6:05 p.m.

Susan Ganther verified proper posting.

Motion was made by Jim Collis, seconded by George Vukich to accept the minutes from the November

28, 2012 Public Hearing. Motion carried.

Motion was made by Jan Brendle, seconded by Jim Collis to accept the minutes from the November 28,

2012 Planning Commission meeting. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Dale Simonson, seconded by Jim Collis, to approve a request by Jack Hall for a

Conditional Use Permit. Motion carried.

Commission Member Comment

Bill Bruce discussed situation with Buckhorn Café’s lack of proper permits to make changes

to their property.

It was questioned whether or not a citation was issued. Bill Bruce said that we would have

difficulty collecting it as the owner claims a board member said it was ok to proceed without a

permit.

Roger Bean questioned whether the current liquor license is then valid.

George Vukich asked if the conditions are not met could the license be only for indoor service

and not outdoor.

               George Vukich questioned a letter from Brad Pavloski regarding the Town’s legal representation.

               Discussion followed.

               Roger Bean asked if there has been a problems with property owners renting their properties as

               Vacation homes. Bill Bruce stated that there have been no problems. The property owners

               seem to have a close eye on what is happing at their properties.

Motion was made by George Vukich, seconded by Shannon Voegle to adjourn at 6:32 p.m. Motion carried.
