Present:               Roger Bean, George Vukich, Jim Collis, Dale Simonson, Jan Brendle, Shannon Voegle,

                              Bill Bruce, Keith Korbein,

Absent:                Skip Barton

Meeting was called to order in the Town of Germantown at 6:00 p.m.

Jack Hall explained the need for additional deck space to accommodate customers and how they intended to move the current roof. His contractor was on hand for any questions.

There was no public comment.

Bill Bruce stated that the shoreland permit was approved by Juneau County.

George Vukich stated that the plans do not do the addition justice. There will be no encroachment on the shoreline.

The hearing was closed at 6:04.
