At 5:30 pm, Planning Commission Chairperson Shannon Armel opened the joint public hearing with the Pledge of Allegiance.  

The public hearing continued for public input on the proposed changes to sections 2-19 of the Land Use Ordinance and sections 2,3,5,6 and 11 of the Zoning Ordinance.  Josh Langen from Vierbicher was introduced for presenting and answering questions. He noted the ordinances were being updated to bring up to date as per State requirements and to clarify and make them easier to understand.

Since there were no public questions or comments, Chairperson Shannon Armel closed the public hearing at 5:34 pm.
