Present: Chairman Shannon Vogele, Members Ken Jax, Dave Specht, Paul Szymaszek and Keith Korbein, Board Chairman Gregg Haunroth, Board members Ray Feldman and Skip Barton, Town Attorney Bill Curren, Town Engineer Larry Koopman, Administrative Assistant Linda Salzwedel
Absent: none

The meeting was called to order at the town hall in the Town of Germantown at 6:32 p.m.

Possible Approval of November 15, 2017 minutes
A motion was made by Ken Jax, seconded Keith Korbein to approve the minutes from the November 15, 2017 Plan Commission meeting. Motion carried, 5-0.

Discussion and possible recommendation to the board for the proposed General Development Plan (GDP) and Specific Implementation Plan (SIP) for Beach Lake PUD.
After much discussion, it was decided to impose the following conditions before recommending to the board. Town roads should have 22’ wide asphalt pavement 3” thick, and 4’ wide gravel shoulders. All work is to be completed by September 21, 2018.

A motion was made by Ken Jax, seconded by Dave Specht, to recommend to the board for the proposed GDP and SIP for Beach Lake PUD, with the above-mentioned condition. Motion carried, 5-0.

Discussion and possible recommendation to the board for the combination of Rock Island Lake PUD and Campfire Lake PUD with revisions and additions thereto, including the General Development Plan (GDP) and Specific Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Rock Island Lake and Campfire Lake phases.
This will be moved to the December 13, 2017 Plan Commission meeting to allow the members of the public to submit comments by end of day Monday, December 11, 2017.

A motion was made by Ken Jax, seconded by Paul Szymaszek, to adjourn at 7:24 p.m.  Motion carried, 5-0.
