Present: Chairman Shannon Vogele, Members Ken Jax and Keith Korbein, Zoning Director Dick Martin, Administrative Assistant Linda Salzwedel
Absent: Members Paul Szymaszek and Dave Specht

The meeting was called to order at the town hall in the Town of Germantown at 5:28 p.m.

Possible Approval of August 17, 2017 minutes
A motion was made by Keith Korbein, seconded Ken Jax, to approve the minutes from the August 17, 2017 Planning Commission meeting. Motion carried, 3-0.

Pre-petition discussion of the new Beach Lake PUD
The details of the new Beach Lake PUD were discussed with Brad and Pat Pavloski, and Chris Renner. It was decided to send all the information to the town engineer to review. Based on his assessment, we will either schedule the joint public hearing, or another planning commission meeting.

Pre-petition discussion for revisions, additions and combination of the Rock Island Lake and Campfire Lake PUDs
The details of revisions, additions and combination of the Rock Island Lake and Campfire Lake PUDs were discussed with Brad and Pat Pavloski and Chris Renner. It was decided to send all the information to the town engineer to review. Based on his assessment, we will either schedule the joint public hearing, or another planning commission meeting.

Adjourn
A motion was made by Keith Korbein, seconded by Ken Jax, to adjourn at 6:35 p.m.  Motion carried, 3-0.
