O’Dells’s Bay Sanitary District No. 1

Notice of Public Hearing

Public Notice is hereby given that the O’Dell’s Bay Sanitary District #1 will hold a remote public hearing via Skype on Thursday April 30, 2020 at 9:00 am.  Access to the Skype Meeting can be attended via computer at https://meet.msa-ps.com/tfitzwilliams/9QD6L3DJ.  Alternatively, access to the meeting can also be joined by phone (audio only) at 608-355-8999, Conference ID: 989538.

The hearing will consider the proposed Wastewater Treatment Facility Plan document for the O’Dell’s Bay Sanitary District #1 wastewater treatment facility will be presented to the public.  The public hearing will include a discussion of the wastewater facilities planning process, the required improvements to the treatment facility, and the financial impact of the proposed improvements.  At this hearing, questions regarding the proposed facilities plan will be answered and public comments will be accepted for consideration and submission to the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.

A digital copy of the facility plan will be available for public review after April 17, 2020.  A digital copy of the plan may be obtained from MSA Professional Services, Inc., contact Tom Fitzwilliams at 608-355-8864, or [email protected].

Email comments regarding the project will be accepted by MSA Professional Services, Inc., until April 30, 2020.
