Regular Board Meeting Minutes
April 13, 2021
Present: Chairman Gregg Haunroth, Supervisors Ken Jax, Skip Barton, Keith Korbein (remotely), Ray Feldman, Asst. Emergency Management Director Christopher Leopold, Clerk/Treasurer Susan Ganther, Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Michaele Korbein,
Absent: Emergency Management Director Fred Cobbs, Zoning Administrator Dick Martin
Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at the town hall at 5:30 p.m.
General Engineering
A motion was made by Skip Barton, seconded by Ken Jax, to approve the hiring of General Engineering to perform building inspection services. Motion carried 5-0.
Road Bids
A motion was made by Skip Barton, seconded by Ken Jax, to have Dick Martin review the submissions and choose the one that is most advantageous to the Town. Motion carried 5-0.
Park Public Comment
3 pre-registered members of the public were given the opportunity to speak regarding the park.
Moving Forward With Park
A motion was made by Ken Jax, seconded by Skip Barton to move forward with the plans for Phase 1 of the park. A roll call vote was taken: Jax – Y, Barton – Y, Feldman – Y, Korbein – Y, Haunroth – Y. Motion carried 5-0.
Minutes:
A motion was made by Ken Jax, seconded by Keith Korbein to approve the minutes from March’s meetings. Motion carried 5-0.
Treasurer’s Report/Bank Reconciliation
A motion was made by Ray Feldman, seconded by Skip Barton, to accept the Treasurer’s Report/Bank Reconciliation. Motion carried 5-0.
Checks
A motion was made by Ray Feldman, seconded by Skip Barton, to approve checks 12529-12587 totaling $67,393.23 and EFT’s totaling $5,332.19. Motion carried 5-0.

Zoning Administrator
13 permits issued in March. 11 were for new homes. 23 new homes year to date.
Park/Town Hall
A new park grant is being looked at through Kubota.
Board Reports
Haunroth A member of the community asked to have the corner where 16th and Water Street meet looked at. The corner has poor visibility and may need a yield or stop sign.
Feldman Had is discussion with the Chairman of the Town of Armenia. He said their residents are looking to have more outdoor recreation options available there.
