Present: Chairman Gregg Haunroth, Supervisors Jim Collis, Ray Feldman, Skip Barton (by phone), Clerk/Treasurer Susan Ganther, Zoning Administrator Dick Martin
Absent: Supervisor Dale Simonson

Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at the town hall at 8:00 a.m.

Road Borrowing
A motion was made by Jim Collis, seconded by Ray Feldman to approve the borrowing of $138,052 for road work to be completed on 30^th Street E 19^th-18^th and 38^th Street from 17^th to Hwy 58 and a joint project with Necedah on 28^th Street.  Motion carried 4-0.

Adjourn
A motion was made by Jim Collis, seconded by Skip Barton, to adjourn at 8:05 a.m.  Motion carried 4-0.
