Present: Chairman Rosetta Boyle, Supervisors Dale Simonson, Greg Haunroth, Jim Collis and Ray Feldman

Meeting was called to order in the Town of Germantown at 7:42 p.m.
Proper posting was verified by Marion Upoff.
Motion was made by Ray Feldman, seconded by Jim Collis to purchase forks for the tractor to aid town workers in various tasks. Motion
carried.
Dick Martin explained a proposal to change the current structure of the brush dump. Proposal included moving the dump area to behind the
public works building, having it opened extended hours, eliminating the need to employ an attendant, and having a company come in yearly
to dispose of the brush/leaves. Dick also proposed that Lamberts come in and cut trees in the right of way on 17th Avenue to help get more
sunshine to the road which will help melt snow in the winter making the roadway better to travel.
A motion was made by Greg Haunroth, seconded by Jim Collis to hire Lamberts to cut selected trees on 17th Avenue and to have them
maintain the brush dump annually. Motion carried.
There was discussion on what direction the town should take in obtaining ambulance service. The Public Safety Committee recommended
that the decision be delayed until an upcoming proposal is received from Baraboo District Ambulance Service.
Motion was made by Ray Feldman, seconded by Dale Simonson to adjourn the meeting at 8:30 p.m. Motion carried.
