Present: Chairman Rosetta Boyle, Supervisors Dale Simonson, Gregg Haunroth and Jim Collis, EM Director Fred Cobbs, Administrative Assistant Linda Ruiz

Absent: Supervisor Ray Feldman, Town Officer Cameron McChesney, Zoning Administrator Dick Martin

The meeting was called to order in the Town of Germantown at 5:30 p.m.

Sanitary District 1

Brad Pavloski described the land that was purchased and he showed it to the Board on a map.

It was decided to wait until 5:45 to give more time for the public to show and comment. There was no public comment or questions.

A motion was made by Rosetta Boyle, seconded by Gregg Haunroth to adjourn at 5:45 p.m. Motion carried.
