Notice is hereby given that the Town of Germantown Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on

August 8, 2023, at the Town Hall/Community Center for expanding the boundaries of Sanitary District 2 to include:

                                                                                                .78 Acres

                                                                                                High Ridge PUD Lot 20
