Present: Chairman Rosetta Boyle, Supervisors Gregg Haunroth, Dale Simonson, Jim Collis, Clerk/Treasurer Susan Ganther, Emergency Management Director Fred Cobbs
Absent:  Supervisor Ray Feldman

The meeting was called to order at 3:19 p.m. in the Town of Germantown.

Pick-Up Truck
There was discussion regarding the purchase of a used pick-up truck.  A pick-up truck would be used to haul the chipper and to do maintenance work around the township.  A pick-up would also save wear and tear on the F550.  A motion was made by Gregg Haunroth, seconded by Dale Simonson, to approve the purchase of a pick-up truck with a maximum cost of $13,000.  Motion carried 4-0.

Vouchers
A motion was made by Gregg Haunroth, seconded by Jim Collis, to approve vouchers 25501-25502 totaling $268.50. Motion carried 4-0.

Adjourn
A motion was made by Jim Collis, seconded by Gregg Haunroth, to adjourn at 3:25 p.m.  Motion carried 4-0.
