Present: Chairman Gregg Haunroth, Supervisors Skip Barton, Dale Simonson, Ray Feldman, Emergency Management Director Fred Cobbs, Assistant Emergency Management Director Christopher Leopold, Clerk/Treasurer Susan Ganther
Absent: Supervisor Jim Collis

The meeting was called to order at the town hall at 3:00 p.m.

Discussion was held with the New Lisbon and Necedah fire chiefs regarding Germantown’s ISO rating and how it can be reduced to help lower homeowner’s insurance rates.

New Lisbon fire chief, Lynn Willard, offered a 2-year contract in place of the 4-year contract rejected by the Germantown board.

A motion was made by Ray Feldman, seconded by Dale Simonson, to approve a 2-year contract at rates of $49,593 for 2017 and $51,081 for 2018.  Motion carried 4-0.

Adjourn
A motion was made by Dale Simonson, seconded by Skip Barton, to adjourn at 3:30 p.m.  Motion carried 4-0.
