Present:               Chairman Gregg Haunroth, Supervisors Keith Korbein, Ken Jax, Ray Feldman, Skip Barton, Clerk/Treasurer Susan Ganther, Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Michaele Korbein

Absent:                None

Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 5:35 p.m.

Checks

A motion was made by Ken Jax, seconded by Skip Barton, to approve checks 12360-12391 totaling $41,421.46.  Motion carried 5-0.

Appeal of Impact Fees

There was discussion regarding the offer made by Pavloski Development at a previous meeting stating no back-impact fees would be pursued, a refund for appealed lots, and no impact fees for the next 1,000 houses built. 

After discussion a motion was made by Ray Feldman, seconded by Ken Jax, to deny the impact fee appeal.  A roll call vote was taken:  Haunroth – Deny, Korbein – Deny, Jax – Deny, Feldman – Deny, Barton – Deny.  Motion carried with a 5-0 vote. 

Adjourn

A motion was made by Keith Korbein, seconded by Ken Jax, to adjourn at 6:30 p.m.  Motion carried 5-0.
