The Town of Germantown will conduct a virtual Public Hearing on December 8, 2020 at 5:30pm on the proposed Impact Fee Ordinance. At that time a reasonable opportunity will be afforded to all interested parties to express their views on the proposed Impact Fee Ordinance.
A copy of the Draft 2020 Public Facilities Needs Assessment and Impact Fee Study will be available for inspection and will be provided upon request. Arrangements for either inspection or receipt of a copy of the Study may be made by contacting Susan Ganther, Clerk/Treasurer, Town of Germantown, (608) 562-5751.
