Present: Chairman Gregg Haunroth, Supervisors Keith Korbein, Skip Barton, Ken Jax, Ray Feldman, Zoning Administrator Dick Martin, Assistant Emergency Management Director Christopher Leopold, Clerk/Treasurer Susan Ganther, Deputy Clerk Treasurer Michaele Korbein
Absent: Emergency Management Director Fred Cobbs
Call to Order
This was a virtual meeting called to order by the Chairman at the town hall at 5:30 p.m.
Impact Fees
There was no new information provided by the Attorney for Pavloski Development in an appeal of impact fees. The town chairman answered to the claims of the appeal. There was discussion of the appeal between both parties. An offer was made by Brad Pavloski to 1) they be refunded the impact fees for the lots that are being appealed 2) there would be no further appeal of past impact fees 3) no further impact fees would be collected for the next 1,000 homes built. The board asked for that offer in writing to be considered at a future meeting.
Beach Lake
A motion was made by Keith Korbein, seconded by Skip Barton, to approve the 2nd Addition to Beach Lake. A roll call vote was taken: Barton – Y, Korbein – Y, Haunroth – Y, Jax – Y, Feldman – N. Motion carried 4-1.
Minutes
A motion was made by Skip Barton, seconded by Ken Jax, to approve the minutes from November’s meetings. Motion carried 5-0.
Treasurer’s Report
A motion was made by Skip Barton, seconded by Keith Korbein, to accept the Treasurer’s Report. Motion carried 5-0.
Checks
A motion was made by Skip Barton, seconded by Keith Korbein, to approve checks 12316-12357 totaling $44,612.39 and eft’s totaling $7,773.79. Motion carried 5-0.
2021 Budget
A motion was made by Keith Korbein, seconded by Skip Barton, to approve the 2021 budget. A roll call vote was taken: Barton – Y, Korbein – Y, Haunroth – Y, Jax – Y, Feldman – Y. Motion carried 5-0.
Resolution 2020-10 Amending the 2020 Budget
A motion was made by Skip Barton, seconded by Ken Jax, to approve Resolution of 2020-10. A roll call vote was taken: Barton – Y, Korbein – Y, Haunroth – Y, Jax – Y, Feldman – Y. Motion carried 5-0.
Fire Contracts
A motion was made by Skip Barton, seconded by Ken Jax, to approve the New Lisbon fire contract for 2021. A roll call vote was taken: Barton – Y, Korbein – Y, Haunroth – Y, Jax – Y, Feldman – Y. Motion carried 5-0.
A motion was made by Keith Korbein, seconded by Ken Jax, to approve the Necedah fire contract. A roll call vote was taken: Barton – Y, Korbein – Y, Haunroth – Y, Jax – Y, Feldman – Y. Motion carried 5-0.
Closed Session
A motion was made by Ken Jax, seconded by Skip Barton, to go into closed session. A roll call vote was taken: Barton – Y, Korbein – Y, Haunroth – Y, Jax – Y, Feldman – Y. Motion carried 5-0.
Open Session
A motion was made by Skip Barton, seconded by Ken Jax, to go into open session. A roll call vote was taken: Barton – Y, Korbein – Y, Haunroth – Y, Jax – Y, Feldman – Y. Motion carried 5-0.
2021 Payroll
A motion was made by Skip Barton, seconded by Ken Jax, to give a 3% raise to Susan Ganther, Dick Martin, Randy Mullenberg, Fred Cobbs, and Christopher Leopold. A roll call vote was taken: Barton – Y, Korbein – Y, Haunroth – Y, Jax – Y, Feldman – Y. Motion carried 5-0.
A motion was made by Gregg Haunroth, seconded by Ken Jax to approve a 3% raise for Michaele Korbein. A roll call vote was taken: Barton – Y, Korbein – A, Haunroth – Y, Jax – Y, Feldman – Y. Motion carried 4-0.
A motion was made by Gregg Haunroth, seconded by Skip Barton, to approve a $500 bonus for Susan Ganther and Michaele Korbein. A roll call vote was taken: Barton – Y, Korbein – Y for Ganther and abstaining for Korbein, Haunroth – Y, Jax – Y, Feldman – Y. Motion carried 5-0.

A motion was made by Keith Korbein, seconded by Skip Barton to adjourn at 7:13 p.m. Motion carried 5-0.
