Present: Chairman Rosetta Boyle, Supervisors Gregg Haunroth, Jim Collis, Ray Feldman and Dale Simonson, Emergency Management Director Fred Cobbs, Zoning Administrator Dick Martin, Clerk/Treasurer Susan Ganther, Town Officer Cameron McChesney

Absent: None

Meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. in the Town of Germantown.

Minutes
A motion was made by Jim Collis, seconded by Gregg Haunroth, to approve the minutes from the January 14, 2014 Regular Town Board Meeting. Motion carried.

Treasurer’s Report
A motion was made by Gregg Haunroth, seconded by Dale Simonson, to accept the Treasurer’s report. Motion carried.

Resolution
A motion was made by Gregg Haunroth, seconded by Dale Simonson, to table until the next meeting Resolution 2014-1 regarding the dissolution of Sanitary District #2. A roll call vote was taken. Boyle – Y, Haunroth – Y, Simonson – Y, Collis – Y, Feldman – Y

Emergency Management
Several people attended a tabletop exercise at the Kalahari. As a result there will be some updating to the Emergency Plan. The next exercise will be June 10. All members of the board are encouraged to attend. Mr. Cobbs will also be working on obtaining updated contact information for the Home Owner’s Associations in the township. Mr. Cobbs and Mr. Bruce will be preparing a table top exercise for the board members.

Roads
Dick Martin would like to get specs done on the road projects for this year so the request for bids can be posted. The goal would be to have the work on 30th done before Memorial Day so access to the campground will not be compromised.

Parks
No report.

Board Reports
O’Dells Bay buoys: everyone should be responsible to set their own buoys.

15th Street Boat Landing: Grants will be applied for.

Zoning
No report.

Closed Session
A motion was made by Jim Collis, seconded by Dale Simonson, to move into closed session as per State Statutes 19.85 (1)( c) considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any employee A roll call vote was taken: Boyle – Y, Haunroth – Y, Simonson – Y, Collis – Y, Feldman – Y

A motion was made by Gregg Haunroth, seconded by Jim Collis, to adjust pay rate of Assistant Town Worker Jeff Keating, to $20.00. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Rosetta Boyle, seconded by Jim Collis to reconvene in open session as per State Statute 19.85(2) A roll call vote was taken: Boyle – Y, Haunroth – Y, Simonson – Y, Collis – Y, Feldman – Y

Vouchers
A motion was made by Gregg Haunroth, seconded by Dale Simonson, to approve checks and vouchers 17200-17230 totaling $45,416.20 and EFTs totaling $13,961.69. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Jim Collis, seconded by Dale Simonson, to adjourn at 7:55 p.m. Motion carried.
