Present: Chairman Gregg Haunroth, Supervisors Skip Barton, Keith Korbein, Ken Jax, Clerk/Treasurer Susan Ganther, Assistant Clerk Treasurer Michaele Korbein
Absent: Supervisor Ray Feldman, Emergency Management Director Fred Cobbs, Zoning Administrator Dick Martin
Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. at the town hall.
A motion was made by Keith Korbein, seconded by Ken Jax to approve the minutes from January’s meetings. Motion carried 4-0.
A motion was made by Keith Korbein, seconded by Skip Barton, to accept the Treasurer’s Report. Motion carried 4-0.
A motion was made by Keith Korbein, seconded by Skip Barton, to approve checks 11218-11284 totaling $335,339.45, petty cash expenses totaling $27.55, tax settlements totaling $2,224,224.20, and liabilities totaling $4,931.65. Motion carried 4-0.
A motion was made by Skip Barton, seconded by Ken Jax, to approve an operator’s license for Christopher Kluender. Motion carried 4-0.
A motion was made by Skip Barton, seconded by Keith Korbein, to approved Resolution 2019-1 Amending the 2019 Budget. A roll call vote was taken: Barton – Y, Korbein – Y, Haunroth – Y, Jax – Y. Motion carried 4-0.
Public Safety/Emergency Management
Fred Cobbs and Christopher Leopold will be working on an overhaul of the Town’s Emergency Operations Plan.
A tourniquet kit has been ordered to be carried in the pick-up truck in case of an accident while cutting trees.
First aid supplies have been ordered.
Ken Jax attended the local meeting of the Wisconsin Town’s Association. Presentations were given by Scott Construction and Juneau County Aging.
Zoning Administrators Report/Permits
2 permits were issued in January. 0 for new houses.
A motion was made by Ken Jax, seconded by Keith Korbein, to adjourn at 6:12 p.m. Motion carried 4-0.
