MINUTES 

January 12, 2021

Present:               Chairman Gregg Haunroth, Supervisors Ken Jax, Keith Korbein, Skip Barton, Ray Feldman, Emergency Management Director Fred Cobbs, Zoning Administrator Dick Martin, Clerk/Treasurer Susan Ganther, Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Michaele Korbein,  Assistant Emergency Management Director Christopher Leopold

Call to Order

The virtual meeting was called to order at 6:27 p.m.

 

Minutes 

A motion was made by Ken Jax, seconded by Skip Barton, to approve the minutes from December’s meetings.  Motion carried 5-0.

 

Treasurer’s Report/Bank Reconciliation

A motion was made by Ray Feldman, seconded by Skip Barton, to accept the Treasurer’s Report and Bank Reconciliation.  Motion carried 5-0.

 

Checks

A motion was made by Ray Feldman, seconded by Skip Barton, to approve checks 12400-12431 totaling $139,259.71 and EFTs totaling $6,533.36.  Motion carried 5-0.

 

Operator’s License

A motion was made by Ray Feldman, seconded by Skip Barton, to approve an Operator’s License for Erica Froehlig.  Motion carried 5-0.

 

Repeal of Ordinance 39

Not Addressed

 

New Impact Fee Ordinance 39B

A motion was made by Ken Jax, seconded by Ray Feldman, to amend Ordinance 39A by accepting 39B.  A roll call vote was taken:  Haunroth – Y, Barton – Y, Feldman – Y, Jax – Y, Korbein – Y. 

Motion carried 5-0.

 

Adjustment of Impact Fees

A motion was made by Ken Jax, seconded by Skip Barton, to approve an adjustment to appealed impact fees, refunding the difference between the $1,600 paid and the new impact fee amount of $855.89.  A roll call vote was taken:  Haunroth – Y, Barton – Y, Feldman – Y, Jax – Y, Korbein – Y.  Motion carried 5-0.
