The Town Board of the Town of Germantown, Juneau County, Wisconsin, hereby provides its written notice and an agenda of the public meeting of the Town Board for Wednesday, January 17, 2018, at 5:30 p.m. at the Town of Germantown Town Hall, N7560 17^th Avenue, New Lisbon, Wisconsin.

• Discussion and possible approval of the proposed General Development Plan (GDP) and Specific Implementation Plan (SIP) for Beach Lake PUD.
• Discussion and possible approval of the combination of Rock Island Lake PUD and Campfire Lake PUD with revisions and additions thereto, including the General Development Plan (GDP) and Specific Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Rock Island Lake and Campfire Lake phases.
• Discussion and possible approval of Resolution 2018-2 Authorizing the Construction of Certain Street Improvements and Authorizing the Levying of Special Assessments Against Benefitted Property (Buckhorn Acres)
