Special Meeting Minutes

January 18, 2024

Present:               Chairman Gregg Haunroth, Supervisors Keith Korbein, Ken Jax, Tamaya Loewe, Clerk/Treasurer Susan Ganther

Absent:                  Supervisor Ray Feldman

Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 4:10 at the town hall.

Emergency Declaration Authority

It was discussed that after the agenda was posted the authority was found in the Emergency Operations Plan.

Closed Session

A motion was made by Ken Jax, seconded by Keith Korbein, to move into closed session per State Statutes 19.85 (1)( c) considering employment, promotion, compensation or  performance evaluation data of any employee

A roll call vote was taken:  Korbein – Y, Jax – Y, Haunroth – Y, Loewe – Y   Motion carried 4-0.

Open Session

A motion was made by Tamaya Loewe, seconded by Ken Jax, to return to open session per State Statute 19.85(2)

A roll call vote was taken:  Korbein – Y, Jax – Y, Haunroth – Y, Loewe – Y   Motion carried 4-0.

Payroll

A motion was made by Keith Korbein, seconded by Ken Jax, to approve a wage of $35 per hour for part time snowplow employees.  Motion carried 4-0.
