Haunroth – Town attorney is taking action against a landowner whose property is filled with garbage, unregistered vehicles, and uninhabitable trailers.

Portofino Swim Area – A permit for a swim area is not being pursued by the Castle Rock Condominium HOA at this time.

Signs will be going up within the township for no golf carts on town roads and no fireworks within the township.

Approximately $27,000 is available to the town through state grant money to cover COVID related expenses.

Ken Jax – Sanitary District will be doing some upgrades.  The approximate cost is 3.5 million.  A 1 million dollar grant is available, the district also has money on hand.  The upgrade will likely happen in 2022.

Ray Feldman – Waterfest will be holding fireworks but no other activities.  Lighted boats are welcome to attend the fireworks display.

Public Comment

Sandy Henneman agreed that fireworks and golf carts are a big problem including around Portofino.

Several of those present believe that Juneau County should be approached regarding the sale of fireworks in Juneau County when they are illegal to shoot off.
