Present: Supervisors Ken Jax, Keith Korbein, Skip Barton, and Ray Feldman, Zoning Administrator Dick Martin, Clerk/Treasurer Susan Ganther
Absent: Chairman Gregg Haunroth

The meeting was called to order in the town hall at 6:12 p.m.

Holding Tank Variance
A motion was made by Skip Barton, seconded by Ken Jax, to grant a holding tank variance to Richard Large to be used on parcel 290122703.  Motion carried 4-0.

Checks
A motion was made by Ken Jax, seconded by Ray Feldman, to approve checks 10246-10249 and 10272-10275 totaling $4,831.43.  Motion carried 4-0.

Adjourn
A motion was made by Ken Jax, seconded by Ray Feldman, to adjourn at 6:14 p.m.  Motion carried 4-0.
