Present: Chairman Rosetta Boyle, Supervisors Jim Collis, Dale Simonson, Clerk/Treasurer Susan Ganther, Zoning Administrator Dick
Martin

Absent: Supervisors Gregg Haunroth, Ray Feldman, EM Director Fred Cobbs

Meeting was called to order at 9:05 a.m. in the Town of Germantown.

A motion was made by Dale Simonson, seconded by Rosetta Boyle, to approve the Class A Combination Liquor License application for
Germantown Junction Store. Motion carried with Supervisor Collis abstaining.

A motion was made by Dale Simonson, seconded by Jim Collis, to approve Operator’s License applications from Karyn Fank and Brett Fank. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Jim Collis, seconded by Dal Simonson, to adjourn at 9:09 a.m. Motion carried.
