Present: William Jax, Rosetta Boyle, Steve Gillespie, Michael Poe, Dave Specht, Betty Manson, Marion Uphoff, William Bruce, Gary Ernsting, Dave Lulich, Adam Thompson, Gervase Thompson and Janice Friske.

Chairperson Jax called the Public Hearing to order at 6:45 p.m.

Bruce read the application requesting a variance for a holdg tank from David Lulich (Lulich Landscaping, LLC) located at N6994 State Road 58.

Reasons: This location can’t accommodate a standard septic system.

Boyle: Is the water table high at this location?

Lulich: Yes

A Thompson: There is not enough available amount of land to install a conventional septic.

Specht: Because of the high water level, will the holding tank have to be partially above ground?

Lulich: No, it will be below ground level – it is a sealed unit.

Jax: Asked for any more questions.

Motion by Jax to close public hearing at 6:48 p.m., 2nd by Poe.

Chairperson Jax declared the public hearing adjourned.
