Special Meeting Minutes

March 13, 2024

Present:        Chairman Gregg Haunroth, Supervisors Tamaya Loewe, Keith Korbein, Ken Jax, Ray Feldman

Absent:                None

Call to Order 

The meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m. at the town hall.

Closed Session 

A motion was made by Ken Jax, seconded by Keith Korbein, to move into closed session.  A roll call vote was taken:  Tamaya – Y, Keith – Y, Gregg – Y, Ken – Y, Ray – Y.  Motion carried 5-0.

Open Session 

A motion was made by Keith Korbein, seconded by Tamaya Loewe, to move into open session.  A roll call vote was taken:  Tamaya – Y, Keith – Y, Gregg – Y, Ken – Y, Ray – Y.  Motion carried 5-0.

Adjourn 

A motion was made by Ken Jax, seconded by Ray Feldman, to adjourn at 6:00 p.m.  Motion carried 5-0.
