Absent: Clerk/Treasurer Susan Ganther, Zoning Administrator Dick Martin, Emergency Management Director Fred Cobbs

Call to Order
The virtual meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m.
Pledge
Board discussion on public responses to park proposal
Due to the number of responses turned in to the office, this is not the best forum to review them all. Since the next meeting will be back in the town hall, a thought was that this discussion should be moved to April’s Board meeting. It can also allow timed public comment. Skip Barton made a motion, seconded by Keith Korbein to adjourn this meeting, and move this discussion to the April 13 regular Board meeting. Motion passed 5/0.
