Present: Supervisors Skip Barton and Jim Collis, Supervisor Ray Feldman by phone, and Administrative Assistant Linda Salzwedel
Absent: Chairman Gregg Haunroth, Supervisor Dale Simonson

Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at the Town Hall at 4:28 p.m. at the Town of Germantown office.

Town Insurance
A motion was made by Jim Collis, seconded by Skip Barton, to accept the bid of Hoffmeister Insurance for our town insurance carrier.  Motion carried 3-0.

Adjourn
A motion was made by Jim Collis, seconded by Skip Barton, to adjourn at 4:30 p.m.  Motion carried 3-0.
