Present:              Chairman Gregg Haunroth, Supervisors Keith Korbein and Ken Jax, Clerk/Treasurer Susan Ganther

Absent:                Supervisors Tamaya Loewe and Ray Feldman

Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at the town hall at 4:00 p.m.

Resolution for Health Insurance

A motion was made by Ken Jax, seconded by Keith Korbein, to approve a resolution allowing inclusion in the Wisconsin Public Employers’ Group Health Insurance Program.  A roll call vote was taken:  Haunroth – Y, Korbein – Y, Jax – Y.  Motion carried 3-0.

Adjourn

A motion was made by Keith Korbein, seconded by Ken Jax, to adjourn at 4:01 p.m.  Motion carried 3-0.
