Joint Board/Planning Commission Meeting Minutes

Present:             Chairman Gregg Haunroth, Supervisors Tamaya Loewe, Keith Korbein, Ken Jax, Ray Feldman, Planning Commission Member Mike Edwards, Clerk/Treasurer Susan Ganther, Deputy Clerk Treasurer Michaele Korbein,

Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 5:43 p.m. at the town hall.

Short Term Rental Ordinance

A motion was made by Tamaya Loewe, seconded by Ken Jax, to approve Ordinance 64 Short Term Rental License with a change to section 5(d) removing the verbiage “ all guests to register with their actual name and address” and replacing it with “primary guest to register with their actual name and contact information”.  A roll call vote was taken:  Tamaya – Y, Keith – Y, Gregg – Y , Ken – Y, Ray – Y.  Motion carried 5-0.

Room Tax Ordinance

A motion was made by Ken Jax, seconded with Keith Korbein, to approve Ordinance 65 Room Tax as presented.  A roll call vote was taken:  Tamaya – Y, Keith – Y, Gregg – Y , Ken – Y, Ray – Y.  Motion carried 5-0.

Adjournment

The meeting was adjourned at 6:14 p.m.
