Special Meeting Minutes

May 27, 2026

Present:             Chairman Gregg Haunroth, Supervisors Tamaya Loewe, Keith Korbein, Ken Jax, Public Works Director Craig Cox, Zoning Administrator Dick Martin, Clerk/Treasurer Susan Ganther, Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Michaele Korbein

Absent:               Supervisor Ray Feldman

Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 12:20 p.m. at the town hall. 

Road Bids

There was one bid received.  A motion was made by Ken Jax, seconded by Keith Korbein, to accept the road bid from Scott Construction in the amount of $97,371 if after review by Public Works Director it meets the requirements set in the bid packet.  Motion carried 4-0.

Adjournment

The meeting was adjourned at 12:22 p.m.
