Present: Chairman Gregg Haunroth, Supervisors Ken Jax, Keith Korbein, Skip Barton, Ray Feldman, Zoning Administrator Dick Martin, Clerk/Treasurer Susan Ganther, Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Michaele Korbein
Absent: Emergency Management Director Fred Cobbs, Assistant Emergency Management Director Christopher Leopold
Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at the town hall at 5:46 p.m.
Minutes
A motion was made by Keith Korbein, seconded by Skip Barton, to approve the minutes from all October meetings. Motion carried 5-0.
Bank Reconciliation
A motion was made by Skip Barton, seconded by Keith Korbein, to accept the bank reconciliation. Motion carried 5-0.
Checks
A motion was made by Skip Barton, seconded by Keith Korbein, to approve checks 12272-12315 totaling $124,544.82, check 2004 totaling $209.00 and EFT’s totaling $5,571.69. Motion carried 5-0.
Boom Mower
The current mower has deteriorated to a point where it needs to be replaced. Financing would extend our current equipment loan without changing the amount of the payment. This would mean no increase in the loan payment expenses. A motion was made by Ray Feldman, seconded by Skip Barton, to purchase a new mower at a cost not to exceed $115,000. A roll call vote was taken. Barton – Y, Korbein – Y, Haunroth – Y, Jax – Y, Feldman – Y. Motion carried 5-0.
Tax Bill Insert
There was discussion about the contents of a tax bill insert.
Public Safety
Mauston Area Ambulance has passed their 2021 budget.
Roads
There was damage done on 20th by a contractor installing fiber optic lines. A temporary fix was made and final repairs will be made in the spring. The contractor will be billed for the cost.
Zoning
17 permits were issued, 13 for new homes. 51 new home permits have been issued through October.
Parks
No update received from Joint Finance about final awarding of grant funds.
Board Reports
Feldman Juneau County has finalized their budget.
Jax Employee reviews should happen by the end of the year.
Haunroth Vierbicher continues to work on Impact Fee Needs Assessment. Computers will be purchased for the office this week. There was a billing issue with Lampert Lee that will be worked out prior to paying.
Korbein Poll workers should be recognized for their hard work at the November 3, 2020, election.
Barton Generator is getting a new battery unit and charger.
Public Comment
A resident inquired about whether the Town was able to work out a camping fee with the County to help cover emergency services provided to the count park for which the Town receives no taxes. (That has yet to be worked out.)

A motion was made by Keith Korbein, seconded by Skip Barton, to adjourn at 6:25 p.m. Motion carried 5-0.
