Chairman Haunroth opened the Sanitary district public hearing at 5:56 pm.
This public hearing is being held to hear comments on a request by Sanitary District #1 to expand the boundaries of Sanitary District #1 to include the 12 properties as noted in the notice.
Does expansion of services mean more hookups? Yes.
Was a study done of the sanitary district on capacity? Yes, the expansion is within in the capacity plans.
How or when is the district updated? The district is being updated right now to allow for future expansion and for the district to be improved as required by the DNR.
