Present: 8 residents eligible to vote in the Town of Germantown. 

Also present: 1 landowner not eligible to vote in the Town of Germantown.

The public hearing was opened at 5:30 p.m.

It was explained that the levy would increase by $16,198 which the state allows and automatically calculates based on growth.

There were no questions or comments by anyone in attendance.

The public hearing was closed at 5:32 p.m.
