Present:               Chairman Gregg Haunroth, Supervisors Jim Collis, Keith Korbein, Ray Feldman, Clerk/Treasurer Susan Ganther, Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Michaele Korbein 

Absent:                Supervisor Ken Jax

Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 4:45 p.m. at the town hall.

Resolution 2022-11

There was discussion on the closing of the brush dump and the non-renewal of the Town’s contract with the Sheriff’s Department for dedicated police coverage which would be a $55,000 total savings.  The non-renewal of the Sheriff’s contract will save $40,000.  If the brush dump remains closed it would be a savings of $15,000.  If that were done there would still be a deficit of $30,000. 

A motion made by Ray Feldman, seconded by Jim Collis, to adopt Resolution 2022-11 to Exceed the Levy Limit Via Special Town Elector Meeting in the amount of $45,000 and to set the Elector meeting for December 5, 2022 at 6:00 pm.  A roll call vote was taken:  Collis – Y, Korbein – Y, Haunroth – Y, Feldman – Y.  Motion carried 4-0.

Adjourn

A motion was made by Jim Collis, seconded by Keith Korbein, to adjourn at 5:00 p.m.  Motion carried 4-0.
