Present:               Chairman Gregg Haunroth, Supervisors Skip Barton, Ken Jax, Keith Korbein, Zoning                                Administrator Dick Martin, Assistant Emergency Management Director Christopher                                     Leopold, Clerk/Treasurer Susan Ganther, Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Michaele Korbein

Absent:                Supervisor Ray Feldman, Emergency Management Director Fred Cobbs

 

Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. at the town hall.

 

Impact Fees

Petitioner claims Impact Fees were incorrectly applied or not spent in time.

Discussion was had regarding state statute and the Town’s Impact Fee Needs Assessment.

 

Adjourn

A motion was made by Ken Jax, seconded by Keith Korbein, to adjourn at 5:55 p.m.  Motion carried 4-0.
