Zoning/Permits Dick Martin reported that everything is done for the summer. There was some money left and they spent it filling in dips in Castle Rock Estates, and off 32nd, both ways on Pine and Timber. Approximately 50 dips were fixed. They also fixed 20th where the culvert washed out.

The water is over the road in Whitetail again. There is nothing we can do about it – it is the lowest spot in the subdivision in the back corner. We tried to pump it out, but it ran right back in. We will pull the perk test and check on that.

Crane Lane is under water. The residents there would like to build a road and make it into a town road. Dick has advised them to raise it and gravel it.

Eight permits were issued in September – three of those were for new homes. There have been 26 so far this year.

 Public Comment

A visitor had concerns about her right-of-way being mowed. Gregg and Dick will go by and take a look at her property.

There was a question about weather a cell phone tower was still being talked about. It was reported that AT&T could not find a suitable location in Germantown, and that there should be one going up nearby in Clearfield. No guess on the timeline.

There was a request to hear a monthly report about what is going on at the County Board meetings. Ray Feldman gave an update but said that the minutes are available each month. Gregg said the minutes could be posted on our Town of Germantown website each month, so that will be looked into.

 Adjourn

A motion was made by Ray Feldman, seconded by Ken Jax, to adjourn at 7:30 p.m. Motion carried 5-0.

 Respectfully Submitted,

Linda Salzwedel Administrative Assistant
