Present:               Chairman Gregg Haunroth, Supervisors Ray Feldman, Ken Jax, Keith Korbein, Skip                                     Barton, Clerk/Treasurer Susan Ganther, Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Michaele Korbein 

Absent:                None

Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at the town hall at 4:00 p.m.

Vierbicher Quote

A motion was made by Ray Feldman, seconded by Keith Korbein to contract Vierbicher Associates to update the Impact Fee Needs Assessment at a cost of $6,500.  Motion carried 5-0.

Lampert-Lee & Associates

A motion was made by Keith Korbein, seconded by Skip Barton, to approve the hiring of Lampert-Lee & Associates to assist in the update of the Impact Fee Needs Assessment at an amount not to exceed $2,500.  Motion carried 5-0.

Adjourn

A motion was made by Ken Jax, seconded by Skip Barton, to adjourn at 4:17 p.m.  Motion carried 5-0.
