Present: Chairman Gregg Haunroth, Supervisors Skip Barton, Dale Simonson, Jim Collis, Ray Feldman, Emergency Management Director Fred Cobbs, Zoning Administrator Dick Martin, Clerk/Treasurer Susan Ganther, Town Officer Todd Green
Absent: None

The meeting was called to order at the Town Hall in the Town of Germantown at 6:00 p.m.

Minutes
A motion was made by Jim Collis, seconded by Dale Simonson to approve the minutes from the August meetings.  Motion carried 5-0.

Treasurer’s Report
A motion was made by Jim Collis, seconded by Skip Barton, to accept the Treasurer’s Report.  Motion carried 5-0.

Vouchers
A motion was made by Jim Collis, seconded by Skip Barton, to approve vouchers 25954-26004 totaling $116,214.98 and EFT’s totaling $7,199.60.  Motion carried 5-0.

Resolution 2015-6 Adoption of the Germantown Fee Schedule

A motion was made by Dale Simonson, seconded by Jim Collis, to approve Resolution 2015-6.  A roll call vote was taken:  Barton – Y, Simonson – Y, Haunroth – Y, Collis – Y, Feldman – Y.  Motion carried.

Operator’s License
A motion was made by Skip Barton, seconded by Dale Simonson, to approve an Operator’s License for Tracy O’Dell.  Motion carried 3-0.  2 abstained.

A motion was made by Skip Barton, seconded by Dale Simonson, to approve an Operator’s License for Katie Bakunowicz.  Motion carried 3-0.  2 abstained.

A motion was made by Skip Barton, seconded by Dale Simonson, to approve an Operator’s License pending a background check by Deputy Green.  Motion carried 3-0. 2 abstained.

Emergency Management
The radios have been installed in all of the vehicles.  There were 10 ambulance calls, 3 fire calls, and 101 police calls for the month.

Roads
LRIP packet is being prepared for the September 23 meeting with the County.  The funds will be allocated to a project on 19th Street between 40th and 41st.

Parks/Hall
The Park Committee is planning a park clean-up day in October.

Verbal approval has been given by WRPCO for dredging around the piers in the park and also for the construction of Germantown Beach.  We are waiting to hear if sand from the dredging can be reallocated to the beach near the Dirty Turtle to replenish what has been washed away.

Gregg Haunroth has been in touch with the Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission.  They will be assisting in the writing of a survey to help with the updating of our Comprehensive Plan.  The survey will go out with the tax bills at the end of the year.

Board Reports
Jim Collis – is still waiting to talk with Town Hall renter who would like to apply for a fireworks permit.

Zoning
5 permits were issued in August.  3 were for new houses.  Year to date permits have been issued for 23 new houses.

Public Comment
Keith Korbein said he would provide the board information regarding changes in shoreline zoning.

A motion was made by Jim Collis, seconded by Dale Simonson, to adjourn at 6:18 p.m.  Motion carried 5-0.
